We are delighted to announce that as recognition of Green Lighting’s commitment to providing innovative aftersales service, with market leading products, the company has been awarded the Queens Award for Enterprise: Innovation 2016. The Queen’s Award for Enterprise: Innovation recognises Green Lighting’s development of a pioneering customer service charter to the British housebuilding market to support its LED lighting products. As a lighting designer and manufacturer Green Lighting has worked with the housebuilder for well over a decade. The accolade was presented by HM the Queen’s representative in Worcestershire, Lord Lieutenant, Lt Col Patrick Holcroft. The presentation ceremony took place in glorious sunshine at the company’s head office on the Great Western Business Park in Worcester on Thursday 22nd of September. “I would like to thank our clients, suppliers and in particular the team at Green Lighting for all their support in helping us achieve our Queen’s Award for Enterprise: Innovation” states Managing Director, Anthony Ottway. “Our sales and support team set out to change the way “snag lists “were dealt with taking responsibility for all of our products, pre and post installation. In busy times, resolving customer care issues can sometimes take longer than expected, thus resulting in frustration for the customer. Green Lighting’s innovatively designed products with screwless fast fix connections, allow contractors to fit with ease and offer minimal disruption when remedial work is required and undertaken by ourselves. Providing outstanding customer service makes me very proud, we will enjoy this moment and continue to work hard to honour the award for both our company and customers.”
