Standard – 3 to 5 Business Days
Express – Next Business Day Before 12pm
When placing an order before 2pm using Express delivery your order should reach you during the next business day (Mon-Fri). Express delivery will usually get to you on the next business day by 1200 (12pm) this is a trackable service. Our Standard delivery service will reach you within 3 – 5 working days, between 8am and 12pm.
Remote areas: For orders to some addresses, especially in the Highlands of Scotland and Offshore, next day delivery options are not available and delivery can take several days. Transport regulations mean that some products cannot be delivered to offshore locations. On the rare occasion’s items maybe out of stock when you order, as soon as they come back into stock we will despatch them immediately.

We want to ensure that your order is delivered quickly and safely so we have given careful consideration to the carriers we use to fulfil them. Our chosen partner is DPD.
Where can my order be delivered?
Your order can be delivered to any UK address and can be to the billing address or an alternative.
What happens if I’m not in when you deliver?
If you, or the intended recipient, are not available on the time of delivery, our parcel carrier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to collect your products.
What if my parcel is damaged?
In the unfortunate situation that your items are delivered damaged please call us on 01905 610200 with your order number ready and we’ll be happy to discuss your options.
We aim to keep enough stock so that we never run out. However, at times when there is unexpectedly high demand, we may unfortunately run out. If this happens, we may delay sending out your order for a couple of days while we get new stock. If you have chosen an express delivery option, or we are expecting a longer delay, we will use the information you have given with your order to let you know about our progress. You may contact us at any time to check on the progress of your order.
Within 30 days of receipt, any unused item can be returned at your expense for a full refund. Bring it to Green Lighting (Worcester) or contact one of our team on email@example.com or Call us on 01905 610200. Original packaging, all accessories and order number must be included.
If any of the goods we supply fail to perform satisfactorily due to faulty materials or workmanship, contact us at any time and we will work with you to deal with the problem. This may involve a repair, providing a replacement product or giving you a full or partial refund.
You will be responsible for returning the goods to us (and have to pay any costs involved) and we are allowed to reduce your refund if there is any damage to the goods caused by you handling them. We will make all refunds to the credit card, debit card or PayPal account used to place your order and we will pay you within 30 days of us receiving the goods or proof that you have sent them back to us.

If you want to cancel your order, you can do so at any time until we send it out. We normally pack and send out orders very quickly so if you want to cancel your order, please call us on 01905 610200 as soon as possible. If we have not already sent the goods out, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund (including delivery charges) to the credit card, debit card or PayPal account used to place your order. We will make the refund as soon as possible and within 30 days of cancellation. If we have sent the goods before you cancel your order, you can still get a refund by following the returns procedure set out below.
